Group Exercise Classes
Fitness as a class! Our classes have shown that whether you run a business, church, or any other establishment, members who have invested in our group exercise classes have yielded the most economical way for participants to reduce their sick days, look better, feel great, and LOWER their medical bills! Not only that, with Jack Dogg Fitness's classes, we provide a model where your organization raises its own funds while getting healthy. We split the proceeds with you which can go to any fund you want. The more people sign in, the more fundraising for the whole community! Proceeds are split for standard classes we offer in the following styles:

How much does a typical class cost then?
Generally speaking, each class is a six week course that's divided into six hour long classes that meet once a week. General fee: $60 per person ($10/class) prepaid in advance; charts and illustrations are included with a minimal sign up of four people. Bi-weekly classes are simply double the rate .
