Kettlebells is an excellent total body conditioning workout that shows you how to use your own biomechanics to induce power to the max. Not only will kettlebells develop every part of your body, including core, but also held develop explosive hip thrusting power to improve your athletic abilities for any sport. Footwork exercises are also included to develop speed, agility, and quickness as well.
